The sheet straightening machine MLCH 1725 is designed for straightening (straightening) thick sheet metal with a yield strength of up to 340 MPa.
The machine is certified. The machine can be equipped with additional drive roller conveyors. Final testing of each machine under load and a certified Quality Management System guarantees long-term and reliable operation of the machine in enterprises.
The MLCH 1725 machine supplied by the plant is easy to maintain, has high operational reliability and does not require highly qualified maintenance personnel.
Description
Purchased rolled metal as a rule has significant deviations in flatness (concave, convex, etc.), when gas cutting and cutting of sheet metal, additional deviations appear (propeller, waviness). Deformed sheets and blanks significantly increase the labor intensity when straightening them using traditional methods, reduce the quality of products, and require appropriately qualified performers. To eliminate the above deviations in sheet metal and blanks made from it, it is advisable to use a sheet straightening machine MLCH 1725, which significantly increases labor productivity and the quality of products. Given that the straightened sheets are long, it is advisable to use a roller table when straightening. The installation diagram of the machine is indicated in the drawing.
Currently, sheet-leveling machines operate at enterprises in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, providing high performance even after 20 years of operation.
