Advantages of thermostable fillings Heat-stable fillings are produced using a special technology, due to which they are not absorbed into the dough. Heat-stable fillings retain their shape and consistency well and are resistant to oxidation. Such fillings are easy to process and use, have excellent organoleptic characteristics even after exposure to high temperatures - up to 240 ° C. Thus, thermostable fillings are an excellent addition to any baked goods - they do not leave voids and do not leak. Heat-stable fillings are also indispensable in the production of ice cream. This is due to the fact that even during long-term storage they do not separate, but retain all their taste qualities.
The production capacity of the Petrikovsky cannery allows the production of fruit fillings in a volume of up to two hundred tons per month. Finished products are consistently in demand among large enterprises and confectionery shops due to their high quality.
